Golf Tips For
Kids

When it comes to golf tips for kids, there is really only one
golf tip which holds any type of importance and that is nothing
other than making sure they stay confident. While as adult, we
are fairly open to criticism children are not. If you overly
criticize a child in their game they will more than likely
simply prefer quitting.
Making sure they stay confident is the most important part. I
cannot overstate this fact enough. Regardless of how crappy
their swing is, make sure that when you critique them that is
done in a manner of a compliment. What this means is that
instead of saying, “No, no that is all wrong…”, you should
instead say something like, “Great swing, now why not try this
and see if you can…”
Keeping them confident about their game is very important
because if you truly want them to succeed you need to keep them
confident enough to want to keep going. It should be a game ad
the kids need to have fun and they cannot have any fun if you
are constantly telling them that their game need more and more
improvement. Try to make their training a game as well, “See
that out there, I want you to try and hit it…” Always remember
to keep them interested and confident about how well they are
playing and you will keep them playing until they get
better.
Children naturally as they grow will want to try and perfect
their game as long as they think they are good enough to do so.
Just like any sport if the kid is having fun and is doing even
mediocre, they will strive to be better out of natural instinct
and that is why making sure that they stay confident in the
game and that they have fun playing it is so very
important.
So when it comes to golf tips for kids, the only important
thing is to keep them having fun and making sure that they stay
confident enough in their game that they will want to excel in
their ability. Nothing is more important and in most cases if
you push them too hard, the results will not turn out very good
so make sure that they stay motivated and willing to play the
game by keeping them confident in their game no matter how bad
they are.
